Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via the email provided at checkout. The order confirmation includes all relevant order information including your billing and shipping address as well as the ordered item(s).

Please allow up to 72 hours for processing before shipment. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; however, processing times may be affected during high-demand periods.
Please note that we only process orders on weekdays, during regular business hours (local time: EST).
A product can be modified or canceled as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact us with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
