Return Policy

The INFLUENCEU Return Policy

All of the following conditions must be met to be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in unworn, unused and unaltered condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original tags & packaging intact.

Shoes must be returned with the dust bag and original packaging. Please place shoes back in their original package to prevent damage during shipping.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. These products are clearly marked on the product page as well as during checkout.

Please note INFLUENCEU reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Any rejected item will be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Initiating a Return

Requesting a return is easy. Simply contact us here to start your return. Please make sure your order complies with our return policy as stated above.

Free Returns Policy

At this time, INFLUENCEU does not cover the cost of all returns. Please take note of the following points related to our Free Returns Policy:

  • Shop our Coats & Jackets category for men and women. On the product detail page, look for the “Free Returns” next to the price to confirm that a product qualifies for free returns.
  • Free returns are only available for online orders with delivery addresses using a Canadian postal code.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Please contact Customer Service and provide your order number to get the return label. We will guide you through the return process.
  • INFLUENCEU will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). Please note that if you return other products along with the Free Returns products, INFLUENCEU may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for another one or size simply request a return and purchase the item you wish to exchange for. Please note your returned item must comply with our return policy as stated above.

Refunds

A refund will be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Once processed an email detailing your return will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require further time to process the refund.

All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
